I can almost hear it now. “Aren’t there already lots of blogs about opera? Do we really need another one?” Well, yes, there are a number of very good opera blogs out there, and you’ll find links to quite a few of them on the left side of the page. As to the second question, I guess I think we do, at least one that tries to examine where opera has been, where it’s situated right now, and where it’s going. I love this art form–always have–and that’s why I decided to start this blog. I hope you’ll find the things I post here interesting and thought-provoking, and that you’ll feel free to join in on the discussion.
